We’re excited to welcome H2Electro as the newest member of the Estonian Cleantech Association! H2Electro is a deep-tech company founded in 2021, developing and manufacturing 100% ceramic SOEC elements (Solid Oxide Electrolysis Cells) and stacks. Their technology enables co-electrolysis of steam and CO₂ – providing an energy-efficient solution for carbon capture and syngas production. The technology is particularly suited for sectors where carbon utilization is a strategic priority, such as chemical and steel industries or biogas conversion.
Co-founder and CEO of H2Electro, Henrik Hal, shares: "We joined the Estonian Cleantech Association because we believe technology-driven solutions are central to decarbonizing industry. A strong collaborative network accelerates real-world deployment and strengthens Estonia’s position in the next generation of climate technologies.”
Their team is currently working on several pilot projects across Europe and Asia, targeting system-level implementations that support climate neutrality through localized and modular CO₂ utilization.
Welcome on board!
